Before you submit

 

Use this form to:

 

  • Submit complaints about a brand or company’s packaging (e.g. excessive packaging)
  • Raise concerns that a Brand Owner may not be meeting obligations under the National Environment Protection (Used Packaging Materials) Measure 2011 (NEPM)
  • Report fugitive packaging, such as littered packaging or packaging not disposed of through a managed, formal, waste system

⚠️ APCO can only forward complaints to APCO Member organisations. Before submitting:

 

  • Provide as much detail as possible about the packaging and the organisation involved
  • Ensure you enter the correct APCO Member organisation name
  • By clicking Send, you consent to APCO sharing your complaint and contact details directly with the APCO Brand Owner Member so they may get in touch to respond to your concerns
  • If you elect to submit anonymously your contact details will not be shared with the APCO Brand Owner Member, and APCO will be unable to provide you with updates on your complaint
