The Member Reference Group

Following the release of the 2030 Strategic Plan in 2024, APCO invited Members and Signatories to join the 2030 Strategic Plan Member Reference Group (MRG). The call for participation in August 2024 resulted in a strong and diverse cohort, comprising more than 95 Members, Signatories and stakeholders. 

The MRG plays a key role in APCO’s consultation process, providing in-depth insights and industry perspectives. Specifically, the group is being used to:

1. Test features of the eco-modulated fee model
2. Ensure APCO understands different member business models
3. Understand barriers to effective reporting

Engagement with the group has been conducted through a structured approach, including surveys, one-on-one meetings, and a webinar. This collaborative process has strengthened APCO’s understanding of industry needs and is helping to inform the implementation of eco-modulated fees and the 2030 Strategic Plan.
