2024 Award Finalists Announced
Tuesday 27 August 2024
The Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO) is thrilled to announce today the shortlisted finalists for the 2024 APCO Awards.
This year, in collaboration with the Banksia Foundation, a total of 55 organisations have been recognised for their achievements across 8 different sustainable packaging categories.
This year’s awards build on APCO's legacy with diverse categories such as an SPGs Implementation Award, Reuse Award, Recycled Content Award and more. Notably, APCO introduced the new Australasian Recycling Label (ARL) Excellence Award this year, recognising those who have excelled in implementing the label on their packaging.
APCO CEO Chris Foley commends the finalists: “These awards highlight the organisations who are paving the way for a stronger packaging future across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. We look forward to welcoming you all to our awards ceremony in November, where we will celebrate our winners.”
All winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday, 21 November, at the picturesque Doltone House in Sydney. This event, open to the entire industry, will feature a sit-down dinner and drinks with stunning views of Sydney Harbour. Tickets are available to purchase here.
